Returns Policy

For all returns and exchanges, please contact us with the reason for the return, order number, and contact information.  If the return is approved, a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued, which must be included with the return.  If the RMA is not included with the return, credit will not be issued.  The customer is responsible for return shipping of the part.

  • Shipping and handling will not be refunded on returns.
  • Electrical items may not be returned.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 calendar days.


All orders domestic orders will be out via UPS Ground.  Canadian orders will be shipped via UPS Standard.  If an order needs to be shipped express, please contact us prior to completing the order.  Larger orders will ship LTL.  

Damaged Policy

If an order is damaged when received, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt.  Please provide order information and pictures of the damaged package and part.
